SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping time does not account for production times. Once your order has been shipped, any issues during transit must be resolved through the shipping provider. We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages so please ensure your delivery address is accurate and a safe, secure location to deliver to.
During hot months, flowers will wilt. We recommend sending to a location that has climate control (i.e. office or work place) or that you plan accordingly to collect your package when tracking information is received. We will not replace packages left outside during hot temperatures.
