REFUND POLICY

Order Issues & Corrections Policy

Customers are encouraged to notify us promptly if there is an issue with an order, including incorrect items, quality concerns, or damage upon arrival. We strive to resolve legitimate concerns in a fair and timely manner.

If an issue appears to be related to shipping, customers should first review our Shipping Policy for guidance on carrier claims, delivery timelines, and responsibilities, and then contact us directly so we may assist with next steps.

Order Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges Policy

Many of our online shop items are made to order or prepared after purchase. Orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it is considered final and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

This policy does not apply to custom or personalized orders. Custom items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable once the customer has reviewed and approved the final design, specifications, or production details.

Flower Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy​

Due to the nature of our farm-based flower subscriptions, all delivery dates and times are fixed at the time of purchase and cannot be rescheduled. Subscriptions are planned in advance based on crop availability, harvest schedules, and limited delivery capacity.

Subscribers are responsible for making arrangements to receive their flowers during scheduled delivery periods. If you anticipate being away, we recommend arranging for a neighbor, friend, or household member to accept the delivery on your behalf. Missed deliveries cannot be credited, rescheduled, or refunded.

A full refund for a monthly subscription is available only if written cancellation notice is received at least seven (7) days prior to the subscription start date for that month. Once a subscription period has begun, refunds, credits, or partial cancellations are not available.

Because subscription availability is limited and flowers are grown, harvested, and allocated specifically for subscribers, we are unable to reassign or refill subscription spaces mid-month. For this reason, cancellations after the start of a subscription period do not qualify for refunds.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
