About the event
This workshop is an immersion into the art of floral composition using a stunning array of specialty flowers grown locally by Walking Wind Farm & Florist. Participants design a full-sized, garden-style Market Bouquet that celebrates the movement and "wild" nature of the season. This workshop rejects "cookie-cutter" looks in favor of pure, artistic expression guided by award-winning designer, Jess Wysopal.
Nestled on the scenic slopes of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Bluemont, Virginia, Dirt Farm Brewing offers a peaceful, grounded escape to slow down and connect with the beauty of the Piedmont. Housed in a rustic, repurposed 1940s stone cabin on a historic 100-acre family farm, this farm-to-glass venue is beloved for its massive, sun-drenched patio and rolling grassy lawns lined with relaxing Adirondack chairs. This ticket covers the live floral materials, instruction on how to arrange your bouquet and a glass cylinder vase for your bouquet when finished so you can hang out at Chilly Hollow Brewing Company when you're done. Drinks and food can be purchased separately on site.
